Senior Analyst Strategic Deployment Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization: The Senior Analyst Strategic Deployment is a key player in the planning, execution, and maintenance of the seasonal deployment strategy for North America. This role requires cross-functional collaboration with other SCM and non-SCM departments to deliver successful inventory deployment operations across the entire NAM DC Network. The ultimate objective is to achieve our commercial targets by optimizing the deployment of inventory across the adidas DC network, minimizing costs across all channels, maximizing DC capacities, preventing inbound and storage capacity constraints, and ensuring the product reaches the correct plant. This position will require the use of a supply chain optimization software and scenario modeling to execute their responsibilities. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business partners to collect inputs for new deployment strategy, fostering open communication of the context and changes surrounding the inputs
- Support in implementing seasonal article and range deployment across all DC's, taking into consideration defined and agreed deployment principles, warehouse capabilities / capacities (throughput & storage) and ranging
- Publish seasonal article and range deployment to business partners inside and outside of SCM through relevant master data, reporting, key meetings and communication
- Act as subject matter expert for Alteryx, Llamasoft Data Guru (DG) and Supply Chain Guru (SCG), and maintain current Llamasoft model(s) for NAM DC network
- Enhance Alteryx and Llamasoft models to support changes within the network and/or business requests, as needed
- Run deployment scenarios, publish and analyze outputs in Power BI, and present results to Senior Leadership with a recommendation on ideal deployment strategy
- Support Sr. Manager and Director to promote use of Llamasoft and Alteryx within adidas by sharing the tool's capabilities and opportunities with business partners inside and outside of SCM, as well as in other markets
- Analyze and publish demand plan variance and impact on deployment strategy, as needed
- Collaborate with Global Deployment in the implementation of standard processes and metrics and knowledge-sharing between markets

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- College or university degree, preferably with focus on Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent education experience
- 5+ years of related work experience in international and/or cross-functional teams, preferably in a Supply Chain Management function
- Experience with Network Optimization preferred
