Employee Resource Groups
One of the ways we demonstrate our commitment to Diversity and Inclusion at BWFH is through the support of our Employee Resource Groups. Our current active groups are:

- Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender (LGBT) and Allies, whose mission is to create a welcoming and affirming environment for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender employees, patients, families and friends.
- Emerging Leaders Committee, whose mission is to foster growth, improve retention, and create a sense of community among BWFH’s young professionals and early careerists.
United Against Racism
As a Mass General Brigham Hospital, we are United Against Racism and stand together in our commitment to address the impact racism has on our patients, employees, and communities.
