Position Summary: The CNC Set-Up I Operator will operate, change over, and set-up CNC machines on low to medium complexity components using automated and manual equipment and processes to meet end customer needs. This is an entry-level Set-Up position that draws on prior machining experience and technical critical thinking skills to operate, change over, and set-up a minimum of two (2) types of primary CNC equipment. This role must be able to work both independently and in a team environment with internal team members, leads, and supervisors to provide quality CNC Programming and Manufacturing Engineering.
