You will keep SAP PM and maintenance documentation updated and aligned with changes, continuously improve processes while minimizing costs and maintaining efficiency. Responsibilities



  • You will ensure compliance with local legal regulations and Clariant safety and environmental policies.
  • Participate in risk analysis and implement corresponding action items.
  • Responsible for the optimization and the execution of maintenance activities for time, quality, and cost.
  • Conduct asset analysis (Fact Pack, RCA) and develop KPIs for performance tracking and update maintenance strategies and documentation from (Fact Pack and RCA learnings).
  • Support training, job task development, and troubleshooting for plant maintenance.
  • You will update and maintain SAP PM module information.
  • Ensure proper utilization of Management of Change (MOC) processes.
  • Management of weekly review and updating of technical documentation for accuracy.
  • Use continuous improvement to boost reliability, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.
  • Apply value analysis to repair, redesign, and make/buy decisions.



Requirements



  • Seeking a High school diploma or GED, Associate degree in atechnical field, or equivalent experience. (amix of Higher-level degree and less experience may also be considered).
  • We are seeking at least 10 years of experience in a maintenance and /or reliability function, as mentioned above (a mix of advanced degrees and experience may also be considered).
  • You should have good hands-on computer skills: skilled in MS Office, Outlook and SAP.
  • Experience in Lean Sigma practices (Six Sigma certifications are a plus).
  • Must have excellent communications skills both oral and written.
  • Should be able to work with a team dynamic, independently and lead, at times not having formal authority.
