Alternative Investments: Vice President, Client Service II

We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Client Services II to join our Client Experience - Alternative Investments team. This role is a hybrid work schedule (3 days a week in office) can be based out of the following offices: Everett, MA - Lake Mary, FL - Pittsburgh, PA.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

• Build strong, collaborative relationships, both internally and externally with clients
• Analyses data and information and problem-solving skills
• Operates with a sense of urgency, but who can simultaneously prioritize effectively
• Communicate clearly and concisely and be able to adapt style depending on audience
• Apply strong controls focus, and know when to escalate
• Demonstrate strong leadership skills and provide guidance to less experienced team members

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

• Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination
• 6 + years within a Client Services role
• 3 + years of experience in Alternative Investments
