Manager, Customer Security Assurance
Overview The Customer Security Assurance (CSA)Manager is responsible for the delivery of security compliance and privacy information to customers via various means. This position will also manage the content and access to the company's Trust Center and work directly with the Proposal Services Team and Sales Contracting for responding to Request for Proposal responses and customer defined security questionnaires defines company's engagement in developing a strong trust model performs cloud environments and corporate security and compliance programs audits and prioritizes customer requests based on Service Level Agreement. This role will also manage a team of customer security assurance analysts to direct their daily functions and to provide support for necessary escalations. What you will be doing
Oversee the development and management of security controls to safeguard the security, integrity and confidentiality of all customer products.
