Job Summary:SUMMARY The Manager Maintenance will be responsible for providing direction, coordination and support for the daily execution of the maintenance department's operating plan with the primary objective of maintaining the Plant's equipment and facilities. They ensure the safe, reliable operations of equipment plant wide with maximum uptime availability. Maintain plant equipment and maintenance departmental staffing and costs in the most economical and efficient manner possible. ESSENTIAL DUTIES

Dimensions No. of direct reports: 7+ No. of indirect reports: 40+ Budget Responsibility: Yes Travel Requirements: Limited domestic travel Working Conditions: Office, travel, and outdoors/indoors within a Process Plant and Mine environment. Approximately 40% of the work is administrative in nature Physical Requirements: Computer, ability to make oral presentations, lifting objects up to 40 lbs., standing or sitting for extended periods, extended or irregular hours, bending, climbing, kneeling, stooping, walking on uneven terrain.
