Work Relationship and Scope: Reports directly to Program Manager and Interacts and maintains good working relationship with WCS staff, residents, guests and the general public. Personal Attributes:

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Ability to work in a diverse setting interacting with individuals with substance use and mental health needs. Must have the ability to work independently with a minimal amount of supervision but must be a strong team player as well. Ability to multi-task, take initiative and apply knowledge to variety of circumstances. Working Conditions: Work is performed primarily in a transitional living setting with individuals residing at the Recovery House; individuals will be in substance use recovery and may have mental health needs. Work week varies based on program needs; first, second shift, evenings and rotating weekend coverage is required. Physical Demands: Work activities involve movement within the Recovery House. Staff are required to go up and down stairs and lift/carry 20 pounds. Staff are responsible for general upkeep in the common areas of the building and can expect to assist residents with light housekeeping duties as needed.
