Position Highlights:

  • Position: Procure to Pay Analyst
  • Location: Arlington Heights, IL
  • Full Time
  • Hours: Monday-Friday, [hours and flexible work schedules]

A Brief Overview:
Reporting to the Controller with accountability to the team facilitator and the team, performs general accounting and financial reporting functions for Northwest Community Healthcare and its affiliates.

What you will do:

  • Run the match exception report to identify any issues to ensure their resolution in a timely manner through ongoing collaboration with Supply Chain and AP.
  • Run the RNI report monthly and work it throughout the month. Identifying next steps.
  • Work assigned credit hold situations. Pulling necessary reports needed to compile a report. Work on what's needed to clear the hold.
  • Report any processing issues and help aid in developing solutions to promote positive working relationships between P2P and the end users as a whole.
  • Assist the AP Team with day to day processing by routinely working the Workday draft queue. Identifying any invoice issues and pushing them through the process
  • Assist the AP Team with invoices in GHX with no PO, by searching Workday in an attempt to find the PO..
  • Communicating processes to ensure business owners are adhering to company NO PO/NO Pay policy.

What you will need:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or relevant hospital/healthcare business experience required
  • Experience: 1-2 years in Purchasing/Accounts Payable or Related Finance
  • 1-2 years in Customer Service
