Los Angeles - Real Estate Mid/Senior Level Associate
The Los Angeles Real Estate group is seeking a mid-level to senior associate, Class of 2017-2019, to work on a broad range of sophisticated real estate, real estate M&A and private equity transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, syndicated and other loan financings, joint ventures and co-investments, sales/leasebacks, leasing, recapitalizations, restructurings, fund formation and development. The starting base salary for this Los Angeles position is expected to be in the range of $365,000 - $420,000 annually. Actual salary will be determined based on skills, experience (to the extent relevant) and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable law. In addition, associates who join Skadden laterally participate in an enhanced mentor program, which specifically focuses on the unique needs experienced attorneys face during professional transitions.
