JOB DESCRIPTION The Low Voltage Superintendent willbe responsible for on-site supervision and management of Commercial, Industrial, Institutional, and Healthcare projects.A successful Project Superintendent delivers projects on time, and within the planned project budget. Low Voltage Superintendent will: 
 
     
 Be the main contact for Field Techs and all subcontractors on site.Deliver a completed safe and quality project on timeOversee and report on daily construction site operations and activitiesDevelop and maintain project schedules and timelinesSchedule and coordinate delivery and installation of all materials and equipmentExhibit a strong sense of care and concern for client's job site and personal property at the site (i.e. cover the client's artwork for protection, close windows, and lock doors at night)Plan and manage all labor seamlessly together for assigned projectMaintain the flow of information among subcontractors and the internal project team for each client job siteEnsure consistent communication is kept with clientIncludes an agenda covering project logistics, safety, schedule, communications, action items, meeting notes, all project process-related inspections, and the scheduling of such with town/state authorities (i.e. Building Department, Fire Marshal, tradepermits, Cert of Occ).Daily project photos and team communications uploaded into Project Folder
Knowledge and Skills JOB REQUIREMENTS The ideal candidate will satisfy the following requirements and qualifications: 
 
     
 Must be able to effectively interpret construction plansMust have strong math skills as applied to constructionMust possess a strong project planning and execution-styleMust have the ability to identify future obstacles that could threaten the project budget and schedule early on, and have the creative and managerial ability to keep find solutions that keep progress movingMust be able to manage a large group of subcontractors which requires excellent personal communication, leadership, organizational, and motivational skillsMust have strong verbal communication and interpersonal skillsMust hold self accountable for punctuality job site cleanlinessMinimum 5 years' experience in on-site commercial construction/renovationProject management/project Superintendent experience in a similar fieldEfficient in Internet Technology and MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)High school diploma required, higher level education preferredOSH30 (Construction) cert required within 3 months of hireMust have their own vehicle, a state provided driver's license, and be willing to travel to different job locationsBe able to lift to 50 lbs.Be able to climb laddersBe able to stand for a long period of timeBe able to reach, bend, crawl and climb as associated with supervising a job site
