Summary: The Refrigeration Maintenance Mechanic will perform maintenance, installation, and repair work on refrigeration systems, equipment, and components. This work is performed under general supervision and using the tools and techniques of refrigeration technology. These tools will include specialized equipment such as refrigerant recovery systems, powered portable, bench and hand tools (such as drills, grinders, and compressed air), as well as non-powered hand tools. CFC training is preferred for refrigeration maintenance mechanics but is not required. Shift: Day Shift, 40 hours per week, Full Time Location: Johns Hopkins Hospital Required: Successful completion of formal training in the HVACR trade at a vocational or technical school, college, or apprenticeship sponsor organization. 5 years related work experience. The full-time equivalent in a state-approved program may count toward the 5-year work experience requirement. Salary Range: Minimum 0.00 per hour - Maximum 0.00 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
