Job Duties Operate a Center Rider electric pallet jack to pick customer orders throughout the warehouse. Follow system-generated pick lists that identify product locations, quantities, and order requirements. Build and transport pallets while operating warehouse equipment. Accurately pick products and stack them securely on pallets. Wrap completed pallets and prepare them for shipment. Stage finished orders at assigned dock doors for trailer loading. Verify product quantities and ensure order accuracy. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse operating standards. Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned. Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous warehouse or material handling training is beneficial. Experience Requirements Previous warehouse experience preferred. Electric pallet jack (Center Rider) experience required. Experience picking orders and building pallets in a distribution or warehouse environment. Ability to accurately follow picking lists and warehouse instructions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to productivity and accuracy. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required. Physical Capabilities Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently throughout the shift. Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks. Ability to safely operate electric pallet jack equipment throughout the workday.
