Job Duties Operate Sit-Down Forklifts, Stand-Up Forklifts, and Cherry Pickers to move materials and products throughout the warehouse. Unload, receive, and unpack incoming shipments. Process inbound inventory and ensure accurate storage of materials. Scan, shelve, and organize products using barcode scanning equipment and inventory systems. Pull, stage, and prepare orders for shipment. Perform data entry and maintain accurate inventory records within computerized inventory control systems. Conduct inventory control activities and assist with stock accuracy. Follow warehouse safety procedures and equipment operating guidelines. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned. Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous warehouse or material handling training is beneficial. Experience Requirements Minimum 1 year of forklift experience required. Experience operating Sit-Down Forklifts, Stand-Up Forklifts, and Cherry Pickers. Experience working in warehouse, distribution, or inventory control environments preferred. Basic computer skills and ability to perform data entry tasks. Experience using barcode scanners and inventory management systems is a plus. Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety. Excellent attendance and reliability are required. Physical Capabilities Ability to lift, carry, and move 40-50 pounds regularly throughout the shift. Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform warehouse duties for extended periods. Comfortable operating powered industrial trucks and working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Ability to safely load, unload, and move inventory throughout the facility.
