Preservation Specialist - Port Arthur, TX

• Leads quality control activities for assigned work packages, leveraging technician data to validate compliance.
• Reviews and interprets complex construction drawings and specifications to guide inspection priorities.
• Investigates and resolves quality issues escalated by technicians, applying technical expertise.
• Develops inspection plans and schedules for critical construction phases, coordinating with leadership for alignment.
• Prepares comprehensive quality reports for leadership review and decision-making.
• Advises project teams on quality-related risks and mitigation strategies based on inspection findings.
• Ensures compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements during quality activities.
• Contributes to continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing technician feedback and inspection trends.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Education

• Required: Typically requires a 4 year degree in a relevant field, or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.

Experience
