Retail Merchandising Support Specialist Location:Fort Collins, CO Pay:$21.50 per hour 26-11357 Job Summary The Retail Merchandising Support Specialist assists with store setup and merchandising activities to ensure displays, pricing information, and shelves are organized, stocked, and aligned with established visual standards. This role involves applying price tags, installing promotional signage, arranging merchandise according to planograms, and maintaining clean displays. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, energetic, safety-conscious, and comfortable performing physical tasks in a retail environment. Job Responsibilities Organize and attach price tags to merchandise accurately. Install promotional signage and pricing communication according to instructions. Stock and arrange merchandise according to established planograms and visual standards. Dust, clean, and maintain shelves, displays, and merchandising areas. Safely operate step ladders up to 8 feet high to complete merchandising tasks. Assist with store setup and other merchandising activities as assigned. Follow workplace safety procedures and maintain an organized work area. Collaborate with team members to complete setup tasks efficiently and accurately. Job Requirements No previous merchandising experience required; on-site training provided. Ability to climb and safely use step ladders up to 8 feet high. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to perform light lifting and routine physical tasks. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
