Job Title: Credit Representative Location: West Henrietta, NY 14586 Duration: 6 Months Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm OR 8:30am to 5:30pm Job Summary: The Credit Representative provides operational, administrative, and reporting support to the Credit Department within an invoice factoring environment. This position works closely with Credit Analysts and Credit leadership to ensure information is accurate, organized, current, and readily available to support effective portfolio monitoring and credit risk management. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working with large amounts of data, and proficient in Microsoft Excel. While the primary focus of the position is administrative and reporting support, analytical aptitude and an interest in developing credit and risk-management skills are highly valued. This position is well suited for someone who enjoys working with data, identifying discrepancies, improving processes, and supporting a fast-paced team where accuracy and timely information are critical. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Credit Team & Administrative Support Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to Credit Analysts and Credit leadership. Assist analysts with gathering, organizing, and maintaining client, debtor, accounts receivable, and credit-related information. Maintain accurate documentation and departmental records. Assist with routine account maintenance and data updates within applicable systems and tracking tools. Coordinate and track requests, follow-ups, and outstanding action items. Prepare information and supporting materials for recurring Credit, portfolio, debtor, and leadership reviews. Document meeting discussions, decisions, and action items when requested. Follow up with appropriate team members to help ensure outstanding items are completed. Support Credit leadership with special projects, data requests, research, and departmental initiatives.
