What You'll Do:
  • Perform a variety of duties in support of end users for IT hardware and/or software.
  • Basic technical certification, hardware repair, component level knowledge, operation systems (Windows, Unix/Linux, and application knowledge, troubleshooting techniques)
  • Install and configure network devices (i.e. network printers, scanners, plotters, PCs, etc.).
  • Troubleshoot problems with network printing and scanning devices. Perform data termination/ activation in telecommunication closets aka network connect (activation of data drops).
  • Assist in the relocation of customer employees on the facility (move PCs and activate data drops in new location).
  • Troubleshoot network issues with PCs and LAN (duplex mismatches, duplicate IPs, corrupt firewall software, proxy configuration issues, etc.)
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service
  • Set up and configure PCs and AV/VTC equipment
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:

High School Diploma or GED

2 years of experience as an AV Technician

2 years of experience with AV/VTC equipment including Crestron Room Control and Cisco VTC

2 years of technical experience consisting of operating systems such as Windows, Unix/Linux, and Apple

2 years of experience with deliveries, terminations and setups

You are comfortable with live room debugging.
Additional Information:
Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be needed to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the necessary employment eligibility verification form upon hire.
Clean driving record as an MVR required
Lifting to 50 lbs may be necessary.
Successful candidate must be able to obtain and maintain security clearance.
