Now hiring for a Field Service Engineer - Direct Hire Location: York, PA Salary: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:00 PM or 7:00 AM-3:00 PM Put in the Work, Reap the Rewards: Field Service Engineers Wanted. We are seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer to install, troubleshoot, and service industrial equipment at customer locations. This role serves as the primary technical resource for customers during equipment installations, commissioning, warranty support, and ongoing maintenance activities. Extensive domestic and international travel is required. Education Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Industrial Technology, or a related field preferred Equivalent industry experience will be considered Experience Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in field service, equipment assembly, manufacturing, maintenance, process engineering, or industrial equipment support Experience troubleshooting and repairing complex industrial machinery Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and industrial control systems Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, technical manuals, and specifications Valid driver's license and passport with the ability to travel extensively, including short-notice travel Job Duties Install, start up, troubleshoot, and service industrial equipment at customer facilities Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, controls, and process-related issues Configure machine controls, drives, software, and communication systems Train customer personnel on equipment operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and safety procedures Document service activities, technical findings, corrective actions, and customer feedback Collaborate with engineering, sales, and customer teams on equipment upgrades and improvements Validate equipment performance and ensure customer specifications are met Travel extensively to support installations, maintenance, and technical service needs Physical Capabilities Ability to travel extensively both domestically and internationally Ability to work independently in industrial and manufacturing environments May require standing, walking, bending, and working around industrial equipment Ability to safely perform troubleshooting and maintenance activities at customer sites Benefits Competitive Weekly Pay Comprehensive Benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
