Microsoft's Security Analyst Relations (AR) team is seekingaSenior Analyst Relations Managerto drive strategic engagement with top-tier industry analysts across Security priority areas. You will partner closely with engineering, product, marketing, and sales teams to informanalystperception, improve positioning in rated research, and amplify Microsoft Security's differentiated value.

Responsibilities
  • Buildand manage relationships with key analysts across Gartner, Forrester, IDC, and emerging analyst firms.

  • Drive proactive engagement plans, including briefings, inquiries, and advisory sessions with Microsoft executives.

  • Successfully manage key research instruments such as Gartner Magic Quadrants, Forrester Waves, and IDCMarketScapes, as well as analyst reports,blogsand social content.

  • Think beyond product capability;collaborate across teams and integrate customer success to help educate and influence analysts' understanding andperceptionsof our solutions.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing,Information Technology,or related field AND 3+years experiencein communications, public relations, investor relations, analyst relations, product management/planning, research, or program management

    • OR equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years ofexperience withtechnical communications,analyst relations, and/or marketing.

  • Experience creating and delivering strategic plans, includingprioritizingand managingmultiple projects effectivelytodrivetomeasurable results.

  • Experience in the security industry.

  • Experience withcross-group collaborationandinfluencingexecutives, corporate,and fieldteams.

  • Experienceworkingindependentlywith an organized approachin ambiguous and changing environments.

Analyst Relations IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.
