Job Description

The School of Medicine's Evaluation Office is seeking a detail-oriented and service-focused professional to provide administrative support related to student records, conduct processes, degree completion, and evaluation management. This position plays an important role in supporting student success by collaborating with multiple departments across the School of Medicine while ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of student information and institutional processes.

This is a full-time, in-person position requiring on-site work five days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with the Offices of Student Affairs and Curriculum to track, monitor, and assign student elective evaluators, ensuring timely and accurate evaluation collection.
  • Manage the scheduling and documentation of School of Medicine Honor Council meetings and maintain confidential student conduct records.
  • Provide administrative support for Graduate Health Professions in Medicine programs, including coordinating Graduate Council activities, routing Program of Study forms, and maintaining student records.
  • Maintain electronic student records by collecting and managing admissions, curriculum, and progression information.
  • Assist the Office of Student Affairs with the completion and submission of degree verifications.
  • Coordinate communication and distribution of diploma-related information to recent graduates.
  • Serve as a resource for students, faculty, staff, and visitors by providing information and directing inquiries as appropriate.
  • Ensure the accuracy, confidentiality, and efficient daily operations of the Council on Evaluation.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent and at least 5 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidential information and exercise discretion.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience managing records, coordinating meetings, and supporting multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other administrative systems.
Anticipated Hiring Range

The anticipated hiring range for this position has been established as $18.50 - $20.75 hour.

Salary is determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to, the individual's particular combination of education, skills, and experience, as well as organizational requirements.
