The Program Manager, Value Delivery partners with business, product, and technical teams to drive end to end product delivery by evaluating opportunities, planning work, managing risks and dependencies, validating ROI, and resolving impediments. This role leads multiple initiatives, enables cross team collaboration, and champions technology solutions with strong ownership. Position Responsibilities * Deliver software, platform, and non digital initiatives using Sunbelt's operating model across Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall lifecycles. * Lead Annual and Quarterly Planning to align initiatives to organizational goals, prioritize work, identify risks and dependencies, and establish schedules, budgets, and resource plans. * Own integrated delivery plans, including timelines, cross product dependencies, partner coordination, and execution of pilots, field tests, and rollouts. * Partner with Product Management, Ops Excellence, Release Management, Training, and Change Management to execute release strategies and ensure business readiness. * Drive risk mitigation, decision making, and escalation; resolve impediments beyond Squad ownership. * Track, analyze, and communicate delivery health, KPIs, risks, dependencies, and progress to stakeholders. * Develop and support business cases, validate ROI assumptions, and partner with Finance on benefit analysis and value realization. * Collaborate with the Impact Office on vendor management, contracts, SOW changes, budgeting, forecasting, and invoice validation. * Promote delivery excellence through strong communication, Jira and reporting standards adherence, and Agile coaching when appropriate. Requirements Education * Bachelor's degree related to Computer Engineering, Business, Information Technology, or Information Systems. * PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification preferred. * Agile certifications such as CSM, CSPO, or PMI-ACP preferred. Required Experience * 5+ years of experience leading technical teams and managing complex programs or projects delivering enterprise solutions or large scale COTS implementations. * Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks, including Agile at scale, with hands-on experience in Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and SAFe in complex settings. * Demonstrated ability to manage initiatives of varying size, complexity, and delivery models, including application development and outsourced services. * Proven experience building, leading, and collaborating with cross functional teams across business, technology, vendors, and senior leadership. * Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, including executive engagement. * Experience managing project financials: budgeting, forecasting, and tracking expenditures. * Proficient in Microsoft Office tools: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio. Preferred Experience
* Rental, Logistics, Retail or Supply Chain industry experience preferred. * Solid understanding of solution architecture and technical concepts to effectively partner with engineering teams. * Proficiency with Agile delivery and portfolio tools such as Jira and Confluence; experience with ServiceNow or enterprise PPM tools (e.g., Clarity, MS Project Server). Physical Demands: Must be able to bend, squat, crouch and/or reach and lift up to 25 pounds or more, as required by the job. Some Sunbelt jobs may require driving for long periods of time, loading and unloading heavy equipment, performing work in extreme weather conditions including rain, wind or excessive temperatures and/or night and weekend work.
