APPLY TODAY What You'll Do: Interpret lot travelers, operational instructions, engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, sample assemblies, and verbal guidance to determine assembly requirements. Assemble chassis, racks, and final assembly hardware; install completed assemblies and subassemblies. Operate tools and equipment used for assembly, stuffing, and preparation of prefabricated electronic and electro-mechanical components. Adjust or trim materials and hardware to meet required dimensional and electrical specifications. Conduct online go/no-go fit testing to verify that parts and assemblies meet defined standards. Set up and perform operational testing of finished products using high-precision hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic test equipment. Execute a wide variety of assembly tasks including soldering, potting, encapsulating, sanding, cleaning, epoxy bonding, curing, stamping, etching, impregnating, labeling, taping, marking, painting, crimping, riveting, pressing, and fastening hardware. Other duties as assigned.
