As part of our Centralized Hospital Operations team, the Patient Placement Registered Nurse plays a critical role in supporting efficient patient throughput and optimal bed utilization across HealthPartners hospitals. This role ensures timely and appropriate patient placement by coordinating with nursing units, Administrative Nursing Supervisors, House Charge Nurses, and admitting departments. The patient placement registered nurse leverages data-driven insights and communication tools to maintain real-time awareness of hospital capacity, facilitating smooth transitions of care, and supporting operational excellence. CHO brings together key clinical and patient logistics functions into a centralized model designed to support safe, reliable patient care while improving operational efficiency and consistency across our hospitals.
