POSITION SPECIFICS University Police and Public Safety is seeking a Clery Compliance Specialist to assist with all aspects of the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act (Clery Act) compliance oversight University-wide. The successful candidate will work cooperatively with other units to collect data and coordinate publication and distribution of the required Annual Security Reports and Annual Fire Safety Reports for each of the University's campuses across the commonwealth. The successful candidate must demonstrate attention to detail; outstanding customer service; ability to work cooperatively with various levels of faculty, staff, students and federal/state agencies; excellent verbal and written communication skills; excel in a diverse environment; and strong computer skills to include but not limited to Microsoft Office and database inquiry are required. This position offers a flexible work arrangement that combines remote and on-campus work. Questions related to flexible work should be directed to the hiring manager during the interview process. A fingerprint background check will be required to work within the Police facility in addition to standard background checks.Some travel is required for this role. MINIMUM EDUCATION, WORK EXPERIENCE & REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS Bachelor's Degree 3+ years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience accepted Required Certifications: CLEAN Certification - Pennsylvania State PoliceTimeframe to obtain certification will be discussed during interview process.
