Learn more at www.dminc.com About the Opportunity DMI is seeking a Senior Business Analyst specializing in Business Process Reengineering (BPR) to support the Federal Program. This individual will serve as the expert on how Government programs currently operate, identify where friction and inefficiency exist, and design better future-state processes before any technology solution is specified. The Senior Business Analyst will work directly with Federal stakeholders to ensure that all modernization and enhancement solutions are grounded in operational reality. Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead BPR engagements for assigned system workstreams, documenting current-state (As-Is) processes and designing target-state (To-Be) processes using BPMN or swim lane notation
