The SOP Coordinator oversees the System Operating Procedure process within the New York Gas Control Center. This role provides final approval for SOPs and makes daily operational decisions that support the safe and reliable delivery of natural gas to National Grid's customers. The SOP Coordinator serves as a Control Center subject matter expert and acts as the primary liaison between Field Operations and Gas Control. This position reports to the office 5 days per week.
