We have an exciting opportunity in the Cables commodity to be able to support Lam's growth. This position is part of the Global Supply Chain Management (GSCM) organization. In this position, you, as a Supplier Business Manager, play a vital role in managing critical Cables suppliers in North Amercia to ensure timely deliveries of parts to Lam Factories and Remote Factories. You are the key interface to the supplier's operations and own their performance to Lam, ensuring the suppliers meet targets for key perofrmance indicators. The candidate will represent the Supply Chain on cross-functional teams with Product Management, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Supplier Quality Engineers. Candidate should be a result-driven, self-starter possessing strong interpersonal skills with a strong focus on supporting customers. This individual should also possess the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, to adapt to changing priorities and work independently in a close-knit team setting. The candidate will define & monitor metrics in line with AOP (annual operating plan) objectives relative to supplier performance against these expectations to ensure continuous improvement; then drive team to address and close gaps to meet objectives.
