As a Retail Store Supervisor at the Grand Geneva Resort & Spa, you will assist the Retail Manager with overseeing staff, projects, and tasks at hand in retail outlets.

Grand Geneva in Lake Geneva is a 1,300 acre, AAA Four Diamond resort and spa recognized as a Top Resort in the Midwest by Conde Nast Traveler. What will you be doing?

* Assist with training and coaching staff members.

* Communicate effectively with manager, associates vendors, and guests.

* Maintain professionalism and confidentiality.

* Help motivate staff to perform according to the Marcus Corporation Mission Statement.

* Benchmark sales, set goals, and strive to exceed budget within Payroll.

* Plan and execute monthly inventory.

* Perform other duties as assigned.

What do you bring to the role?

* Prior experience as a Retail Supervisor strongly preferred.

* Must work well both with others and independently and be a team player.

* Must be creative and willing to provide new ideas.

* Detail oriented with a high degree of organization and motivation with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

* Passionate about hospitality and customer service driven.

* Must possess good organizational /time management skills.

* Able to develop camaraderie with team members.

* Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
