Basic Function
HF Sinclair is seeking a Senior IT Product Manager (Industrial Platform Manager) in Dallas, Texas. In this role, you will own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and value delivery of the Unified Security Platform (USP). The role aligns stakeholders, prioritizes platform initiatives, and ensures the USP reduces IT/OT cyber risk while supporting enterprise objectives through strategic leadership and platform governance. Experience
A minimum of 10 years of experience in product management, platform management, cybersecurity, or technology leadership roles is required. Education Level
A minimum bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field is required. Preferred Education Level: Master's degree. Required Skills
Demonstrated experience owning enterprise-scale technology roadmaps, investment tradeoffs, and value realization. Familiarity with technology and cybersecurity platforms spanning IT and OT environments. Product & Platform Management Skills. Strong strategic thinking and roadmap development capabilities. Experience in both long-term roadmap and near-term prioritization decisions. Proven ability to influence delivery without direct authority. Experience balancing long-term strategy with short-term execution realities. Technical & Business Acumen. Strong technical literacy across platforms, cloud, data, and cybersecurity domains. Understanding of IT/OT environments and secure-by-design principles. Familiarity with capability maturity models and risk-based prioritization. Fluency in linking technical delivery decisions to business and risk outcomes. Ability to translate business and security strategy into feasible platform capability roadmaps. Ability to synthesize customer needs into scalable platform investments. Preferred Skills:
Supervisory/Managerial Responsibility
May lead varying size projects. Work Conditions
