Position Title: Showroom Receptionist & Customer Service Associate Location: Anaheim, CA Job Type: Full-Time Experience Level: Entry Level About the Role We are seeking a friendly, customer-focused Showroom Receptionist & Customer Service Associate to join our team. This position combines front-office administrative responsibilities with customer service and showroom support. The ideal candidate will enjoy working with customers, have strong communication skills, and be comfortable handling administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will assist retail customers and contractors both in person and over the phone, helping them find the right materials for their projects. You'll also support showroom consultants with administrative duties and paperwork while ensuring customers receive an exceptional buying experience. Key Responsibilities * Answer incoming phone calls and direct calls appropriately * Greet and assist customers, contractors, and visitors in the showroom * Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone * Perform general administrative duties, including filing, invoicing, labeling, and data entry * Support showroom consultants with administrative tasks and paperwork * Assist customers with product selection and ordering materials * Help customers choose stone slabs and other materials for residential and commercial projects * Enter and process orders accurately using a Microsoft Windows-based computer system * Maintain an organized and professional front office and showroom environment * Ensure customers receive a positive and seamless purchasing experience Qualifications Required * 1-3 years of receptionist or front office experience * Strong customer service and communication skills * Proficiency with computers and data entry * Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities * Professional and friendly demeanor Preferred * Retail experience, particularly in building materials, stone, tile, flooring, or related industries * Experience working with contractors and retail customers Skills * Customer Service * Reception/Front Desk Operations * Phone Etiquette * Data Entry * Administrative Support * Microsoft Windows Applications * Organization and Time Management * Communication Skills * Attention to Detail What We Offer * Entry-level opportunity with growth potential * Collaborative and supportive team environment * Hands-on experience in both customer service and showroom operations * Opportunity to help customers bring their design and renovation projects to life Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Anaheim, CA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
