Job Title: Engineering Technician
Location: Malabar, FL
Employment: Temp to Perm (12 month)
Industry: Aerospace and Defense
Compensation: $33.33/Hour
Schedule: 3/12shours /week
About the Opportunity:
  • Performs a variety of duties in support of the Surface Mount Technology (SMT) process within circuit card assembly manufacturing, with emphasis on manufacturing floor staging, material flow, and production readiness.
  • Coordinates and stages assemblies, components, feeders, tooling, and related production materials to support SMT operations and ensure work is available for scheduled builds.
  • Verifies job documentation, part availability, kit accuracy, and work order status in applicable manufacturing systems.

What You'll Do:
  • Supports production flow by moving work through defined staging and manufacturing areas, identifying shortages, mismatches, or process issues, and escalating discrepancies as needed.
  • Works from work instructions, production schedules, travelers, bills of material, and manufacturing system requirements to maintain efficient workflow, traceability, and floor organization.
  • Developing support individual contributor.
  • Works under general supervision.
  • Work is less structured within identified boundaries and procedures.
  • Identifies problems and issues in straightforward situations.

Job Requirements
