Job Overview:

PMC is seeking a skilled Grinder (Manual) for setup and machining on machines. This role is well-suited for a craftsman with experience in low-volume machining who takes pride in accuracy and workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate grinders.
  • Universal and Surface experience
  • Use micrometers, dial indicators, and other tools to ensure dimensional accuracy.
  • Interpret complex blueprints and drawings.
  • Maintain equipment and workspace cleanliness.
  • Work collaboratively with engineering and tooling teams.

Qualifications:

  • Experience operating grinders.
  • Strong blueprint reading and basic shop math skills.
  • Familiarity with tight tolerance machining and surface finish control.
