• No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• 0-1 year of manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Ability to read and follow job orders and work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Set up, operate, and adjust production machinery according to specifications.
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to maintain product quality.
• Perform in-process inspections using measuring tools.
• Complete routine machine maintenance, including cleaning and lubrication.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report concerns as needed.
• Accurately document production data, output, and machine performance.
• Work closely with team members to meet daily production goals.
• Follow all safety policies and wear required personal protective equipment.

• Stand for 8+ hours per shift, excluding breaks.
• Regularly lift 20-50 pounds.
• Perform repetitive motions throughout the workday.
• Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Bend, reach, and move materials as needed.
