Job Description

About the Team

The Pricing Strategy Team is responsible for defining and evolving product and solution-level pricing frameworks across FIS's Banking, Payments, and Wealth portfolios. Operating upstream of deal execution, the team partners closely with Product, Commercial, and Finance leaders to ensure pricing is scalable, consistent, and aligned to customer value. The team plays a critical role in simplifying pricing structures, modernizing monetization strategies, and supporting enterprise-wide initiatives that strengthen FIS's competitive position and long-term growth.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Develop and execute product and solution-level pricing strategies that drive revenue growth and margin expansion.
  • Define pricing models, packaging strategies, and rate card structures that are scalable, repeatable, and aligned with market needs.
  • Partner with Product teams to embed pricing considerations into the product lifecycle, including new product launches, enhancements, and commercialization initiatives.
  • Support pricing simplification efforts that reduce complexity and improve commercial consistency across offerings.
  • Conduct competitive research and market analysis to evaluate industry pricing trends, customer needs, and market positioning.
What You Will Need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or a related field.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in pricing strategy, commercial strategy, financial analysis, consulting, or a related analytical function.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.
  • Experience evaluating pricing strategies, market opportunities, profitability, and business performance.
  • Ability to operate effectively within a cross-functional, product-focused environment.
Added Bonus If You Have
  • Experience within Payments, FinTech, Banking, Wealth Management, or broader financial services industries.
  • Familiarity with payments concepts, transaction processing, pricing structures, and monetization models.
  • Experience supporting product strategy, go-to-market planning, or commercial transformation initiatives.
  • Experience working with pricing optimization, revenue management, or customer segmentation frameworks.

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $151,020.00 - $256,740.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
