Position Overview

The Maintenance Technician supports safe, reliable plant operations by installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment and facility systems. This role helps minimize downtime through preventive and corrective maintenance activities. The position collaborates with cross-functional teams to support quality, safety, and operational goals.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
  • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
  • Complete equipment inspections and document maintenance activities.
  • Respond to equipment breakdowns and restore operations efficiently.
  • Install, test, and maintain production and facility systems.
  • Follow safety, environmental, and quality procedures.
  • Use maintenance management systems to track work orders.
  • Support continuous improvement and equipment reliability initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
  • Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and drawings.
  • Proficiency using standard maintenance tools and troubleshooting methods.
  • Authorized to work in the country of employment without current or future sponsorship.
Preferred Requirements
  • Associate degree or technical certification in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Certification in electrical, mechanical, or industrial maintenance disciplines.
  • Experience with PLC troubleshooting and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.

The salary for this role is $30.72.
