Key Responsibilities Include:

• Managing email workflows: sorting, responding to routine inquiries, and escalating when needed.
• Booking and coordinating appointments, ensuring all participants have necessary details.
• Maintaining accurate records and updating client databases or CRMs as directed.
• Coordinating communications across stakeholders and following up to ensure tasks are completed.
• Performing concise online research tasks and presenting findings in clear, usable formats.
• General administrative duties such as preparing simple reports, organizing files, and data entry.
