POSITION SUMMARY The Addiction Treatment Program Counselor provides counseling, education, and clinical support to patients served within the program. This role is responsible for delivering individualized therapeutic services, supporting treatment planning, and assisting patients in achieving recovery goals through evidence-based interventions, care coordination, and discharge planning. The counselor also collaborates with internal and external partners to ensure continuity of care and effective utilization of services. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Salary Range: Minimum 35.00/hour - Maximum 57.71/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
