The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), under the general direction of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA), will implement treatment plans for children with autism and other related disorders. They will maintain regular communication with their supervising BCBA and team. The job description outlines essential functions but is not exhaustive and may change at the discretion of Mercy Kids Autism Therapy Services and Mercy Kids Autism Center.

Location: Mercy Kids Center for Neurodevelopment Mercy Kids Autism Therapy Services is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team at Mercy Mid-Rivers. In this role, you will work directly with children with autism and related developmental disorders, implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA).
