Intern - Strategy Job Summary: The strategy intern will be responsible for assisting ArchWell Health's strategy team with various initiatives regarding membership, disenrollment, and analytics. The intern will be responsible for conducting analyses to expand AWH's understanding of key drivers of our financial performance and for developing strategies for AWH to increase growth, decrease disenrollment and improve financial performance. The intern will work closely with members of AWH's strategy team to complete this work. This experience is designed to help the intern develop their analytic skills and to help them learn how to translate analysis into business value. Additionally, this experience will be a great introduction to value-based care and the various factors that determine success for risk-bearing providers. Duties/Responsibilities:
