Job Description RR Donnelley is adding a Global Data Coordinator to their team! This is a Hybrid role requiring 3 days in office, 2 days remote. The Global Data Coordinator supports records management operations and special projects team by compiling, validating, analyzing, and reporting data that informs day-to-day decision-making and operational performance. This role works across multiple data sources to ensure accuracy, identify discrepancies, and deliver clear, actionable reporting using Excel and other reporting tools. The position also supports records-related operational processes, helps maintain data integrity and inventory accuracy, and contributes to process improvements that enhance reporting quality and team efficiency. Additional Information The salary range for this role at the noted RRD location is $74,000-115,500/year. Starting pay decisionsare determined based on multiple factors including but not limited to relevant education, qualifications,skills, experience, certifications, proficiency, performance, shift, location, and other businessneeds. Typically, roles follow step progressions to a target rate or set increments over time. Depending onthe role, in addition to the hourly rate of pay, the total compensation package may also includeovertime, shift differential, call-in, and/or stand-by pay.
