Overview This is a full-time career opportunity that can be remote within the Fulton Bank footprint as follows: DC, DE, MD, NJ, PA, VA. Must have the ability to travel to our location in East Petersburg, PA on a quarterly basis. Responsible for interpreting, designing, and delivering business services by working with the business and information technology partners. The role performs technical designing, configuration, and at times coding, based on information provided via business analysts, and technology partners. Incumbents will think critically, uncover underlying issues with systems, and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals at various levels, routinely communicating with all levels of management in the business. This is considered a techno-functional role, while the primary role is technical. Responsibilities
Leads technical working sessions with business users, technology partners, and vendors to define technical solutions by identifying all the key stakeholder groups using a solution, the high level capabilities the business needs, including the depiction of data flows, and recommends solutions that enable the organization to meet its goals. Fully understands the underlying technologies and systems and informs business users on the capabilities of technology to solve business needs.
Qualifications Education
Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent experience. Specialty: Business administration, computer science, information science, or a related field. (Required) Experience5 or more years working with relational databases, writing SQL, and analyzing or reporting data with knowledge of TSQL and stored procedures. SSIS, SSRS, SSAS, ETL, and Power BI. (Preferred) 5 or more years must be familiar with word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications. (Required) Other Duties as Assigned by Manager This role may perform other job duties as assigned by the manager. We set standard salary ranges for our roles based on the position, function, and responsibilities, as benchmarked against similarly sized companies in our industry. Specific compensation offered will be determined based on a combination of factors including the candidate's knowledge, skills, depth of work experience, and relevant licenses/credentials. The salary range may vary based on geographic location. The salary range for this position is $81,200.00 - $135,300.00 annually. Additional Compensation Components This job is eligible to participate in a short-term incentive compensation plan subject to individual and company performance.
