How will you power what's possible? Job Summary
The Industrial Engineer III is responsible for analyzing and optimizing the processes, systems, and procedures within the business unit they support. The position will lead and execute projects focused on improving operational performance, reducing costs, capital project justifications, and enhancing product or service quality. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, mentoring junior engineers, and providing solutions that enhance efficiency, productivity, and safety. The individual will work to ensure that Lean objectives are met and exceeded. Supporting a newly constructed mega-DC in Waco, GA, the individiaul will lead engineering support for automated system design and assume ownership of post go-live performance, driving sustained efficiency, utilization, and operational effectiveness. This role will transition to our new Mega Distribution Center in Waco, GA (est. opening Q4 '26). Until then, the position will be based in Villa Rica, GA. Key Responsibilities
