The Difference You'll Make

At Saint Therese of Westlake, come make a meaningful difference every day as a Registered Nurse (RN), delivering compassionate, high-quality care that supports each resident's unique needs. In this role, you'll provide hands-on clinical care, administer medications and treatments, and closely monitor resident outcomes while collaborating with physicians, families, and a dedicated care team. You'll also guide and support CENAs to ensure consistent, person-centered care, all while fostering a respectful, positive environment where residents feel safe, valued, and well cared for.

-Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans and physician orders

-Safely administer medications and treatments while monitoring resident response and effectiveness

-Document care accurately and timely in the electronic health record

-Communicate significant changes in condition to the Nurse Manager, physicians, and family members, ensuring appropriate follow-up

-Provide leadership, coordination, and guidance to CENAs to promote high-quality, person-centered care

-Maintain a respectful, compassionate environment for residents, families, and team members

Minimum Qualifications:

-Graduate of an accredited nursing program

-Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing with the Ohio Board of Nursing

-Current CPR certificate

-Working knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations

-Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

-Demonstrated sound clinical judgment and professional integrity

-Commitment to compassionate, person-centered customer service

-Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including lifting and transferring residents

Experience Preferred:

-1+ years of nursing experience preferred, but not required

-Experience in senior living, skilled nursing, or short-term rehabilitation preferred
