Monitors and manages social media channels to engage with customers, media, and stakeholders; publishes timely, accurate, and platformappropriate content; creates engaging social media content using photography, video, and visual storytelling techniques; provides social media support during emergencies and crisis situations; elevates and responds to emerging and critical issues; and helps protect and strengthen the company's reputation by delivering realtime insights, trend monitoring, and issue escalation during highimpact events.
