Tubi Media Group is seeking a strategic Compensation Director to help shape our rewards programs. In this role, you will serve as a subject matter expert, partnering closely with our Compensation leadership to drive strategy across a dynamic portfolio of brands, including Credible, FOX One, Red Seat Ventures, Tech & Digital, and Tubi. You will act as a key collaborator for compensation matters, supporting our global workforce and ensuring our rewards philosophy aligns with our business objectives.

This is a hybrid position based in our Los Angeles or New York City offices.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide consultative support to our HR Business Partners and Recruiting team related to compensation practices that support the talent strategy, address organizational challenges, and support key business priorities for assigned functional areas.

  • Partner with the compensation team to advance total rewards strategies through thoughtful evaluation, implementation, and communication of global programs.

  • Collaborate on the development and administration of base, bonus, and equity philosophies, providing essential support during annual merit, promotion, and long-term incentive cycles.

  • Support the execution of short- and long-term compensation initiatives, contributing to projects like job leveling, career-pathing, and the design of reward and recognition programs.

  • Contribute to the maintenance of accurate market data by coordinating survey participation and performing detailed analysis to ensure internal roles remain competitive.

  • Maintain analytical compensation models to capture details of the compensation roadmap and output.

  • Review and update policies and procedures, helping to ensure that compensation programs are clearly documented and effectively communicated across the organization.

  • Monitor federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations to ensure compliance, including pay transparency and equity requirements.

  • Provide timely support for internal audits.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience and/or 10+ years progressive compensation experience.

  • Extensive Radford experience, ideally 5+ years of experience, in addition to working with other survey vendors.

  • Deep expertise in compensation design, job architecture, and incentive programs

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into business decisions.

  • Strong collaborative, communication, and execution skills, with high attention to detail; experience in tech or high-growth environments a plus.

  • Knowledge of Federal and State Employment Law as well as current employment related legislation.

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $160,000.00-210,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
