JOB DESCRIPTION
Tubi Media Group is seeking a strategic Compensation Director to help shape our rewards programs. In this role, you will serve as a subject matter expert, partnering closely with our Compensation leadership to drive strategy across a dynamic portfolio of brands, including Credible, FOX One, Red Seat Ventures, Tech & Digital, and Tubi. You will act as a key collaborator for compensation matters, supporting our global workforce and ensuring our rewards philosophy aligns with our business objectives. Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $160,000.00-210,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.
