Morgridge Hall is a stateoftheart facility at the heart of the new College of Computing and Artificial Intelligence (CAI), and we are excited to invite applications for a Facilities Manager who will help keep this dynamic space running smoothly. This role is central to ensuring that our building, its systems, and its occupants are supported every day. Key tasks of this role include:
Due to the nature of facility management, this job will require the ability to be on call for activities and emergencies that occur outside a normal 40-hour business day schedule. This position shares responsibility as emergency on-call and on an as-needed basis for evening and weekend facility issues, flexing work hours during the typical work week (M-F) to accommodate evening or weekend hours. College of Computing and AI, Computer Sciences The new College of Computing and Artificial Intelligence (CAI) will be launched starting July 1, 2026. The college will include UW-Madison's existing programs in computer science, data science, statistics, library science and information science while advancing UW-Madison's leadership in artificial intelligence. CAI is housed in the new state of the art Morgridge Hall, which opened in Fall 2025. Compensation:The expected starting salary range for this position is $72,000. Actual pay within this range will depend on experience and qualifications.
