Remote position, candidate must live in New Jersey.Key Responsibilities Diagnose and resolve issues with printers, plotters, kiosks, and POS systems. Assist with Installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware and software. Deliver clear technical assistance to onsite technicians over the phone. Maintain accurate service records and uphold quality standards. Qualifications: Strong knowledge of printers, computer hardware, and software. Electromechanical experience a plus. Experience repairing laser and wide format printers Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
