The Warehouse Trainer plays a critical role in ensuring the timely and ongoing training of newly onboarded associates as well as re-training and cross-training of current warehouse associates to ensure they understand warehouse operations, safety regulations, and the use of material handling equipment.
This position will be responsible for developing, delivering, and maintaining effective training programs for our warehouse staff. This role will ensure that all employees are proficient and fully trained in the area in which they are working. Areas of training include but are not limited to: Picking, Receiving, Return to Vendor (RTV), Packaging, Shipping as well as training that strengthens adherence to safety standards and bolsters our warehouse management system knowledge. The Warehouse Trainer will play a crucial role in facilitating cross-functional training, improving productivity, accuracy, and safety within our warehouse operations.

The compensation range indicated in this posting reflects the On-Target Earnings ("OTE") for this role, which includes a base salary and any applicable target bonus amount. This OTE range may vary based on the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
