The Technology Strategy & Operations Partner serves as the strategic liaison and operational anchor to senior technology leadership, playing a pivotal role in shaping how City of Hope's Enterprise Technology Group operates, delivers value, and drives technology transformation. This role partners closely with technology leaders, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to align strategy with execution, establish strong operating rhythms, and enable organizational effectiveness at scale. The ideal candidate brings strong business acumen, strategic insight, operational excellence, and the ability to influence across a complex, collaborative environment while maintaining a high degree of confidentiality. This is a highly visible role for a systems thinker who can connect vision, execution, and culture to deliver sustainable, enterprise-wide impact. As a successful candidate, you will: Serve as a catalyst for enterprise technology transformation by driving alignment across strategic initiatives and operational priorities Partner with leadership to operationalize, track, and execute technology and organizational strategies Lead highpriority, crossfunctional initiatives and strategic programs spanning technology and business domains Coordinate strategic and operational planning processes, including roadmaps and functional strategies Support organizational design, workforce planning, and scalable operating models Drive change management and continuous improvement efforts to enhance team effectiveness Enable datadriven decisionmaking through the development of dashboards, KPIs, and executive reporting Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, anticipating challenges and proactively removing barriers to execution Qualifications Your qualifications should include: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience 8+ years of experience in technology strategy, operations, or program/portfolio management Demonstrated experience managing large, complex programs or projects with budgets of $20M+ Expertlevel ability to work across matrixed, crossfunctional teams and executive stakeholders Strong experience with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies Advanced communication, executive presentation, and stakeholder management skills Proficiency with MS Project, Visio, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint Master's degree, PMP certification, and healthcare technology experience preferred City of Hope employees' pay is based on the following criteria: work experience, qualifications, and work location.
